2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to grant ACP/MACP or time bound from respective date to the petitioner along with consequential benefits.

3. In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the District Education Officer, Munger (Respondent No. 3) with all the supporting documents within a period of six weeks from today.
