JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to make necessary rectification or correction in arrear of electricity energy bill sent to the father of petitioner namely Late Mangal Singh vide Consumer Id No. SW49225 dated 05.07.2013.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned electricity bill dated 05.07.2013 is wholly arbitrary in view
Patna High Court CWJC No.17826 of 2014 dt.19-09-2018 of the fact that there was no supply of electricity between 1991 to July 2013 due to permanent damage of the transformer and electric pole in Village- Sisai, P.O. + P.S. Goriyakothi, Maharajganj, in respect of which representation dated 25.10.2013 has been filed before the Assistant Executive Engineer, Electricity Department, Maharajganj, Siwan (Annexure-3) but the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Assistant Executive Engineer, Electricity Department, Maharajganj, Siwan (respondent no. 6) to consider and dispose of the representation, if filed and pending, on its own merit and in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
