The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of electrocution.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there was no intention of the petitioner to cause of death of the deceased and the fact of the prosecution is denied by the petitioner. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Patna City in connection with Fatua P.S. Case No. 783 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
