2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 325/447/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant. He also assaulted her with paghariya causing head injury.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Police after investigation submitted final form against the petitioner but the Court below differing with the same took cognizance of the offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

No.32160 of 2023(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Darbhanga in Baheri Police Station Case No. 136 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
