A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.3 and 5 along with the copy of the order dated 17.09.2016, which reflects that the petitioner has been paid all his due amount. The order dated 17.09.2016 is not under challenge before this Court.

Keeping in view thereto, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous as the grievance of the petitioner
