2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 400 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 351(2) & 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner and others are accused of getting the witness of a sessions trial killed. The name of the petitioner has come in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The murder was planned from the jail. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2025 and has six criminal antecedents.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29407 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 case, nature and gravity of the offence and the manner in which it is alleged to have been committed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail is hereby rejected.
6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
