1. The limited claim of the petitioner is regarding nonpayment of the salary for the period 01.03.2019 to 18.08.2019 and also for the month of September, 2019 for 21 days.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the Superintendent of Police, Buxar shall decide the aforesaid claim of the petitioner, forthwith.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Buxar for redressal of his grievances, pertaining to non-payment of arrears of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8617 of 2023(3) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 salary. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Superintendent of Police, Buxar, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

5. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
