This Court has not examined the identity of both the cases. If the respondent finds that the fact of this case is same and similar to the fact of C.W.J.C. No. 10960 of 2013, the present petitioners will also be conferred the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 10960 of 2013.
