The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the daughter of the informant by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the victim solemnized the marriage with this petitioner and she has not whispered about the complicity of this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30254 of 2022(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII-cum-Sub Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
