That this writ application is being filed for directing the respondent no. 2 to accept the joining of the petitioner and to allow him to resume the work on the post of Krishi Salahkar at Dheodha Panchayat of Pakribarawan Block in the circumstances stated hereunder."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner has been redressed during the interregnum period, hence, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition.
