Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,399,402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(10-b)a,26,27,35 of the Arms Act and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016-18. Liquor was being unloaded from a Truck, on different motorcycles found there. Others were apprehended by the police and it is alleged that the petitioner was there but fled away. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.06.2020.Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
