Having regard to the fact that the impugned order assailed herein dated 6.1.2009, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter on the ground of delay and laches, inasmuch as this writ application has been filed on 7.8.2015 i.e. after more than six and half years.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
Nonetheless, if something is pending consideration against the aforesaid order, the dismissal of this writ application shall not come in the way of the petitioner in such consideration. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Ranjan/- U
