In the present case, the petitioner is claiming that she has wrongly been deprived for appointment of Anganwari Sevika.
From the record it appears that petitioner was appointed as Anganwari Sevika and continued to hold the post from 2004 to 2011 and as she was found absent from her duty on that account her employment was dispensed with.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12808 of 2013 (2) dt.29-01-2016 Against the order of dispensing with the service the petitioner has moved this Court vide C.W.J.C. No.9657 of 2012 and this Court has directed the respondents to allow her to participate in the selection against the fresh advertisement and directed for consideration of her case in accordance with law.
In pursuance thereof the petitioner has applied for the same. She was not given bonus of 20 and her position was reduced to 7 and accordingly respondent no.9 has been selected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Programme Officer, Purnea.
In such view of the matter, the District Programme Officer, Purnea is directed to pass a reasoned order after giving notice to all concerned person within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy this order.
With aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
