This application, under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed seeking leave to appeal against the Judgment dated 04.10.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 62 of 2012/ Trial No. 694 of 2018, whereby and whereunder, the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-On-Sone, Rohtas at Sasaram, acquitted the respondent-opposite party no. 2 for the charge under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned Judgment dated 04.10.2018 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri-On-Sone,

Patna High Court SLA No.24 of 2019 dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Rohtas at Sasaram, leave is granted to the appellant to file an appeal against the aforesaid Judgment.
