Patna High Court CWJC No.9603 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 No 189 of 2017 (Jharu Mahto & Another -Versus- The State of Bihar & Others) and other analogous cases squarely cover the case of the present petitioners.

In that view of the matter, let the Authority concerned examine the facts of the present case and the facts of the aforesaid cases and if it is found that the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid cases, the same benefit should also be extended to the present petitioners as has been given to Nand Kishore Prasad (supra) and Jharu Mahto (supra). In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner may approach the Authority concerned.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
