The petitioner in this case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1286(C) of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 406, 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant and allegation against him is vague and omnibus. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged demand of dowry and he is separate in mess and business.

No.33535 of 2019(5) dt.27-09-2019 2/3 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein this petitioner is said to be the father-in-law and the vague and omnibus allegation against him is that he had helped his son in solemnizing the second marriage which is otherwise not substantiated from any other material, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1286(C) of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e.

(i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) a condition that the person shall not leave India
