In the present writ petition dispute is in respect of electricity bill.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that punitive bill has been raised. However, without availing appropriate remedy the petitioner has directly approached before this court invoking its writ jurisdiction.

If so advised, the petitioner may approach the competent authority for the dispute raised in the present writ petition. If such dispute is raised before the competent authority, the court expects that the competent authority may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of such petition by the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of.
