Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within two weeks.

In view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the matter is taken up for consideration.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.604 of 2019 registered under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act. She is in custody since 06.08.2019. Her prayer for bail was rejected twice earlier by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39815 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 petitioner that by now the petitioner is in custody for two years and eight months and after submission of the charge-sheet, there is no progress in the trial.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of over two and a half years undergone by the petitioner in custody as an under-trial prisoner and the nature of the offence, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.604 of 2019.
