2 In view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No 388 of 2014 wherein this Court has left it

open for the State Government to send requisition for appointment to the Commission to fill up the post and the conditions of eligibility for appointment of Amin in accordance with law, nothing would survive in the instant writ petition. 3 It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the State that other writ petition bearing CWJC No 5023 of 2014 wherein the same Advertisement No 01010114 published under Notification No 604 (4)/Patna dated 13.12.2013 was assailed by the petitioner has also been dismissed in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No 388 of 2014. 4 The other writ petitions also claiming the same relief, in the proceedings arising out of CWJC No 5346 of 2014 and CWJC No 5373 of 2014, have also been dismissed in view of the issue having been decided in LPA No 388 of 2014. 5 In view of the aforesaid developments, subsequent to filing of the writ petition, fate of the instant writ petition has also to be the same.

6 The instant writ petition is also dismissed in light of the order passed in LPA No 388 of 2014.
