Mr.P.K.Verma (Aag3) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the judgment dated 28.01.2016 passed in CWJC No 7743 of 2015 (Nand Kishore Prasad & Others -Versus- The State of Bihar & Others) as also the judgment dated 05.07.2017 passed in CWJC No 189 of 2017 (Jharu Mahto & Another -Versus- The State of
Patna High Court CWJC No.9018 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Bihar & Others) and other analogous cases squarely cover the case of the present petitioners.
In that view of the matter, let the Authority concerned examine the facts of the present case and the facts of the aforesaid cases and if it is found that the present case is squarely covered by the aforesaid cases, the same benefit should also be extended to the present petitioners as has been given to Nand Kishore Prasad (supra) and Jharu Mahto (supra). In view of the aforesaid submission, petitioner may approach the Authority concerned.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
