The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(A)For issuance of an appropriate writ or direction to the District Magistrate authority to remove the encroachment on public road running from Muzaffarpur to East Champaran.
(B)For clearing the encroachment on road from both side East and West for free movement of vehicles and other carried and public."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4407 of 2014(4) dt.18-07-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sahebganj Block, District-Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Sahebganj Block, District-Muzaffarpur, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
