This application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 5047 of 2015 which stood dismissed in default for non-compliance of the order dated 03.04.2014 passed in the aforesaid writ application.

On being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 5047 of 2015 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the direction contained in the order dated 03.04.2015 is complied within a further period of one week if the same has already not been complied.
