Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pocso Case No. 11/19 arising out of Dumaron P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 354,(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 8 of Pocso Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution he submits that there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail
