JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 This application is filed for modification of order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24683 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24683 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50219 of 2018(2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 time and prayed for extension of time of surrender before the trial Court.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as detailed in order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24683 of 2017 be further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24683 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.

The modification application is disposed of.
