2. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the letter no. 649 dated 14.02.2019 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, whereby the respondent no. 7 was directed to remove the petitioner from service and to lodge a certificate case against the petitioner to recover the amount of salary taken by him.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10000 of 2019(5) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been terminated from the service which has not been challenged in this writ petition. This submission has not been controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submission aforesaid, this writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U
