JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 In compliance to the earlier order of this Court dated 22.03.2023, the respondent-Bihar State Housing Board has refunded the administrative charges amounting to a sum of Rs. 3500/- to the petitioner, however, the principal amount along with interest has been recalculated and found to be the same, as has been refunded to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
