Although, the petitioner is not directly aggrieved by allowing respondent no. 5 to stay at the place where the departmental proceeding was initiated against her yet the present application has been filed for a direction to shift respondent no. 5 from Primary Health Centre, Koilwar, Bhojpur at Ara to other place in order to have fair enquiry/departmental proceeding.
Counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 have been filed.
