The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 20 liters 700 ML country made Nepali liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
