2. The petitioner happens to be the husband of opposite party no.2, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 695 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Both the parties, at the outset, fairly submitted that the matter was sent to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre where both the parties appeared, but the dispute could not be settled. Subsequently good sense prevailed and the parties have compromised; now the dispute has been settled outside the Court.

4. Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 695 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close relative of the petitioner.
