2. The stand in the counter affidavit is that an advertisement has been issued, but the process of selection could not be initiated as per the scheduled programme. It is further stated that the process of selection for the post of Anganbari Sevika will be commenced after seeking direction from the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme (I.C.D.S.) Directorate.

3. In view of the averments made in the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.12596 of 2015 dt.20-12-2016 2/2 affidavit, we dispose of the present writ application with a direction to the respondents to initiate and conclude the process of appointment for the post of Anganbari Sevika expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
