2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending her arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.66 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, the allegation against the petitioner to secure her appointment to the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated with present case. It is pointed out that petitioner was terminated by department and, thereafter, she never visited to school. It

No.28801 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 is also pointed out that similarly situated several co-accused were granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is submitted that initially, upon verification, the document of petitioner was found correct but, later on, it was said forged on the basis of comparatively less marks obtained by petitioner. It is also submitted that the investigation of this case is pending since more than two years. It is further submitted that petitioner is lady of clean antecedent.
5. Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the Vigilance while opposing the prayer for bail submitted that petitioner failed to resign during grace/amnesty period as approved by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15459 of 2014.
6. In view of aforesaid factual submissions and by taking note of nature of accusation, coupled with the fact that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two
