2. The present petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 30.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20927 of 2012.
3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 7, Annexure-C whereof being an order dated 01.12.2016 discloses that a final decision reinstating the petitioner on the post of
Patna High Court MJC No.4408 of 2013 dt.11-01-2017 2/2 Anganbari Sevika has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
