10. 04-02-2016 Heard Sri Shrawan Kumar, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Rajiv Nayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-11.

In the present writ petition, the petitioner claiming to be a landlord, has approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction primarily with a prayer to direct the Respondents, who are allegedly tenant of the petitioner, to pay arrear of rent from 01.12.1980 to 28.02.2013 and monthly rent .

The Court is of the opinion that the claim of arrear of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5710 of 2013 (10) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 rent and other relief, which has been sought for in the present writ petition, may not be adjudicated in the writ jurisdiction.
