The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No.146 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the delay of two days caused in instituting the FIR as also the fact noted in the impugned order that the doctor, who conducted postmortem examination of the deceased opined that the cause of death was due to sudden cardiac failure, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
