JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- " (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order or direction to the respondents, specially the respondent no.6, the Anchaladhikari Dhaka to remove the encroachment from the public Land and well situated in Village / Mauza Parsa pertaining to Khata no. 28 Kheshra no. 801 45 decimal and Khesra no. 1483Part) and in Village Curahia 33. Khesra no. 924, Arca 1.1

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted. It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, needful action shall be taken thereon, in accordance with law, by the District Magistrate,East Champaran, Motihari within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
