2. The present appeal has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for setting aside the judgment and award dated 19.10.2020 and 04.12.2020 passed in Claim Case No.16/2014 passed by Shri Vijay Krishna Singh, The Additional District Judge-IX-cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Hajipur at Vaishali wherby and whereunder the learned Tribunal has
Patna High Court MA No.216 of 2022(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 directed this appellant to pay Rs.7,11,942/- at the rate of 7%, from the date of the filing of the case alongwith Rs.15,000/- as loss of estate, Rs.15,000/- as funeral expenses and Rs.40,000/- as loss of consortium with liberty to realize the compensation amount with condition if insurance company finds any defect in documents with regard to the vehicle as per the policy condition from the Opposite party/Respondent, the vehicle.
3. A prayer for withdrawal has been made.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The statutory deposit made by the company to be returned.
