JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 Admittedly, the petitioner has served the Indian Army; he has some grievances with regard to disability pension. The claim of the petitioner cannot be looked into by this Court as in view of Sections 3(O) and 4 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, the petitioner can approach to the Armed Forces Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.

In such view of the matter, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a proper application before the appropriate Armed Force Tribunal.
