2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 11.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 4461 of 2014.

3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of OP Nos. 2 to 5, Annexure-E whereof being letter No. 746(Bha) dated 06.03.2018 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the

Patna High Court MJC No.3134 of 2016 dt.25-04-2018 authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with. A copy of cheque dated 07.03.2018 (Annexure-F) further discloses that payment of Rs. 3,97,345/- has already been made to the petitioner.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 3134 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
