JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2023 Earlier the writ petition was dismissed for nonprosecution vide order dated 04.07.2012. Thereafter, the present writ petition has been restored vide order dated 07.11.2012 in M.J.C. No.4228 of 2012.

Despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner today when the matter is called out. Yesterday i.e. on 30.10.2023 also none had represented the petitioner when the case was called out.

However, learned counsel for the State is present. In view of the above, this writ application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
