The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 714 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457/380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits allegation against his petitioner is that he was involved in tampering ATM along with one Dilshad. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that co-accused namely Md. Imteeyaz Akhtar and Dilsad Ahmad have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2019 and 14.02.2019 in CR. Misc. No. 6831 of 2019 and 8904 of 2019 respectively.

Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced co-

Imteeyaz Akhtar and Dilsad Ahmad have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2019 and 14.02.2019 in CR. Misc. No. 6831 of 2019 and 8904 of 2019 respectively, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 714 of 2018.
