The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 333, 325 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 53525 of 2019, Cr. Misc. No. 53337 of 2019 and the case on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25386 of 2020(2) dt.12-11-2020 2/2 this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 07.02.2020. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019.
