2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they have provided fake certificate to get appointment to the post of Special Surveyor Amin.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner was appointed on contractual basis and the production of any fake certificate in getting the appointment is not correct. The appointment of the petitioner was already

It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83881 of 2023. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 661 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
