3. This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the investigating agency to conduct free and fair investigation of S.K. Puri P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 registered for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

4. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 to 6 which has been sworn by S.D.P.O. Sachivalaya, Patna. It is stated therein that the investigation of the case is complete and a charge-sheet vide Charge-sheet No. 435 of 2022 dated 20.11.2022 has already been filed before the court of competent jurisdiction against the named accused namely, Navkant Jha, Manjusha Jha and Abhishek Jha.

5. Since the investigation has already been completed and the charge-sheet stands filed, nothing remains for adjudication or direction to the respondents.

6. This writ application stands disposed of accordingly.
