The Court is shocked by the new trend of filing more than one cases.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that as soon as the petitioner came to know about filing of another case, he has taken steps for withdrawal of the case.

It appears that knowingly or unknowingly more than one petitions are being filed just to hoodwink the court and serious trend is noticed where two petitions are filed and listed before two different Benches.

In the facts and circumstances, the Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the present petition but he is cautioned in future that he should ensure the fact that no other case has been
