The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No.99 of 2014 registered for offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
