Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Special Case No. 392 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 30(C), 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners are poor persons
