JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2020 Heard Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) Police Station No. 924 of 2019 dated 23.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 337, 338, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, 51 persons have been named in the F.I.R. whereas 500 persons have been unnamed. Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but

Many persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court and some of the orders have been annexed with this bail petition. Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner also is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) Police Station No. 924 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
