====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. Considering the report submitted by the 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Muzaffarpur, that the case is running at the stage of hearing, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the present application for bail is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of communication of the order.

If no substantial progress takes place in the trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid period.
