It is informed by the counter affidavit that the challenge made to the departmental proceedings in the present writ petition has become infructuous as the departmental proceedings terminated in passing of punishment order on 27.11.2015 which has been challenged by the petitioner in C.W.J.C. 4107/2016 ( Sunaina Kumari vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).
