Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Lodipur P.S. Case No.47 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10/15 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their
